Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Once the order is received, you can send the item back following the instructions under our Return Policy.

Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing and additional time for shipping. Shipping times usually take 7-11 days within North America via USPS, or DHL, or local partner shipping service. International deliveries can take up to 15-25 days. Due to COVID-19 global pandemic, shipments can be further delayed depending on your country’s precautionary measures. Your patience and understanding is appreciated in these times. Additional customs fees and duties may apply according to your individual country’s requirements.
