Refund Policy

APPAREL & ACCESSORIES:

Merchandise may only be returned If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong order or if the product was damaged during shipping. We do not offer size exchanges at this time. Since all apparel pieces are made special for you after you order, we do not stock any inventory for which to exchange your item. Please be sure to review size guides before placing your order to make sure your gear fits perfectly.

Kindly use our contact form or email [email protected] for any concerns regarding the following situations:

Damaged or Misprinted items
Last thing we want is to kill your vibe with an incorrect or damaged item. If your order arrives misprinted or damaged, simply send us an email with photos of the unsatisfactory item(s), your order details. As long as you notify us within our 14-day replacement policy we can replace your misprinted or damaged item at no additional cost to you. 

Wrong Addresses
If the delivery address you provided is incorrect or considered insufficient by the courier, your shipment will be returned to our facility. We are happy to send you a replacement to the correct address, however you will liable for re-shipment costs once we have a confirmed updated address with you. 

We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout.

Lost or stolen packages
Unfortunately sometimes, once shipped, packages go missing or are marked as delivered, yet you have not received them. If your shipping address was correct, but this was the case, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order details. We will review your order to determine if we should issue you a refund or replace your order by shipping to an updated address.
